My Ref Sheets consist of clean lines, extensive notes, and lots of detail! With every Ref Sheet, I ensure that all the essential details of your character are depicted as accurate as possible.
When working with me on a Ref Sheet, you can choose between symmetrical or asymmetrical posing*.
*PLEASE NOTE: Chibi Refs are ALWAYS symmetrical.

My Design Sheets consist of rough concepts and character line-ups packed onto a page, design and inspiration notes scrawled next to each iteration.
These are a fairly new and experimental commission, and are NOT intended to be a perfectly polished piece!
Pricing
To work out the estimated price of a Design Sheet, the formula below is used:
(BASE PRICE OF $15 x No. of Poses) + ((No. of Outfits + Complexity Fee*)(Sum of Alterations**/No. of Outfits))
*Props: $10 | Complex Design: $15 | Mecha: $25 | **Not including Original Outfit.
Minimum
Design Sheets have a minimum requirement of 5 fullbodies (1 pose and 1 outfit + 4 total alterations).
A Design Sheet like this would cost approximately $55 USD.

Example
Using the art example below, to figure out the price of a Design Sheet using the formula would be as follows:
($15 x 5) + ((7 + $10 + $25)(11/7))
= 75 + (42 x 1.6)
= 75 + 67
= $142

I require payment 100% upfront.
Alternatively, I will accept 50/50 (50% upfront, 50% after sketch).

PROCESS
MY OWED COMM HOURS ARE 12PM-2AM MON-SUN (UTC+10).
MY TURN AROUND TIME (TAT) WILL RANGE FROM 1 WEEK TO 1-2 MONTHS.
All communication is done through discord DMS (@sillyfazbear).
When you message me, please state where you saw my ad, and what option you would like, along with your character references.
If I accept your commission, you are required to pay all or some of the payment before I can begin.
I will add you to my queue and begin working on your commission when I am available!
MY COMMISSION WORKFLOW: Discussion >Payment > Thumbnail > Sketch/Lineart > Payment (if using split-pay) > Colouring > Rendering (if illustration) > Post-Processing > Delivery.
You are allowed to message me to ask for updates, provided you don't spam.
I will message you with progress updates when I am directly working on it. These updates will include progress images and various questions that I will ask so that we can come to an agreement about details.
If I am unable to provide any progress updates, I will give an explanation.
In the event that I happen to fall ill or need to prioritise real life obligations over your commission, my TAT will be extended up to 6 months at the latest.
If I am unable to provide the completed commission before my TAT is up, I can either partially refund the commission or add extra art compensation at your request.
ART PERMS
YOU MUST PROVIDE CREDIT
MY ART IS NOT TO BE USED FOR GENERATIVE AI OR AI TRAINING
If you have a toyhouse profile of the character that is being drawn, you must credit the art to my account either directly or via link as per my request.
Light edits are allowed. This includes using filters or adding small details.
Heavy edits are not allowed. This includes major changes.
You are allowed to use your commission for promotional material -- commercial use is not allowed except under special circumstances. If you would like to inquire about this, please DM me on discord.
DESIGN PERMS
YOU MUST PROVIDE CREDIT
YOU MUST HAVE A TOYHOUSE ACCOUNT! This is so I can see where all of my designs are together.
Heavy edits are not allowed, but you can redesign them.
You may use your design for commercial-adjacent use, such as creating a v-tuber or character to use as a reference for other for forms of content, and/or live-streaming.
Commercial use is not allowed except under special circumstances. If you would like to inquire about this, please DM me on discord.
